5_June 14th I look down towards Jonsrud farm and am on the way up an old carriageway that goes to two farms here I get to test myself as it is very steep up here. Goes 8.4 km today

7 _ June 30th. Went a long walk today at 9.5km.
At Jonsrud I found a large field with Spotted orchid.. They were really nice. It has been many years since I found this orchid at Nesodden.

Had a heart surgery at the end of April. There has been some shear in the sea after the utility, but I feel it is going very well now. There will be a chance mountain hikes this year as well.
